8 Weird Things Tejasswi Prakash and I Have In Common

A long time ago, I watched Swaragini and became obsessed with Tejasswi Prakash.

And I know I just spoke about her like two days ago, but the thing is, I have spent a very long part of my life obsessing over her. Which has made me realise how uncannily similar we are.

Tejasswi has spoken about having two bald spots on her head since birth.

I have two bald spots on my head in the exact same place since birth.

I’m convinced our hairlines attended the same planning meeting.

4. Same Body Measurements

Now we’re entering territory that makes me uncomfortable.

Because what are the odds?

I’m not saying we’re the same person.

I’m just saying I’ve never seen us in the same room.

Out of all the IPL teams in existence, both of us chose the correct option.

Voluntarily.

Every year, hope.

Every year, heartbreak.

6. Eldest Daughter Energy

Both of us are the eldest daughters in our families.

Both of us have younger brothers.

7. Fathers Who Worked Away From Home

When I was growing up, my father stayed in Delhi.

When Tejasswi was growing up, her father stayed in Dubai.

Different cities.

Same concept.

Dad exists.

Dad loves you.

Dad is just somewhere else.

It’s a very specific childhood experience that not everyone understands.

8. Whatever This Is

And finally, we arrive at the weirdest one.

The photograph.

I genuinely don’t know what to call this category.

Coincidence?

Because every time I look at this comparison, I get the overwhelming urge to stare into the distance and question reality.

Now, before someone accuses me of being delusional, no, I don’t think Tejasswi and I are the same person.

She is a successful actress.

I am a woman who writes entire articles about how many similarities she shares with a successful actress.

There is a difference.

A very important difference.

That being said, if I wake up tomorrow and discover that she also has a football-playing man named Shikhar living rent-free in her head, I am officially filing a complaint with the universe.
