Where Do I See Myself in the Next 10 Years? | Life Goals, Career Vision & Future Plans

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

The funny part is—if you had asked me this question five years ago, I would’ve said, in my grave.
Just kidding. I’m a Hindu—we don’t even do graves. But you get the point.

Back then, the future felt like something optional.
Now, at the very least, I know this—I’m not planning to kill myself anymore. And that changes everything.

So, ten years from now… where do I see myself?

1. Alive

First, alive. As established. But anyway.

2. Career Goals: Building My Own Business and Not Working for Someone Else

And no, I’m not planning to be a tradwife. I mean not working for someone else.

In ten years, I want Shreyalogy to be a fully functioning business. I want to have books with my name on them—real ones, published, sitting on shelves or glowing on screens somewhere across the world.

I want to earn my own money, on my own terms.
The kind of life where I can work from anywhere—
even if I still choose to work from my bed.
Because the point isn’t the location. It’s the freedom of choice.

3. Personal Life Goals: Building a Family and Raising Strong Children

Yes, I know. I hate men—this complicates things slightly.

But I want identical twin daughters.
Chubby, loud, slightly unhinged little gremlins who are a public menace.

And I know I’d be a great mother. Not in a quiet, gentle, Pinterest-perfect way—but in a way that makes my kids feel understood, protected, and a little too powerful for their own good.

Honestly, some of you parents are not doing a great job. I’d like to raise the standard. Globally.

4. Future Lifestyle Goals: Owning a Peaceful House in Rajasthan

A two-storey mansion in the remote parts of Rajasthan.

Not just because it’s a good investment—though it is, and I will be right about that—but because I want peace.

The kind of peace you don’t have to fight for.
The kind that exists far away from the noise, the chaos, the constant toxicity of city life.

A place where I can breathe.
Write.
Live.

5. Building a Personal Brand Through Video Content

And somewhere along the way, I want to build a video content channel too—YouTube, or wherever the internet decides to move next.

Not in a forced, algorithm-chasing way. But as an extension of me. My thoughts, my stories, my chaos—documented in real time.

I don’t just want to write stories. I want to exist in them. Speak them. Share them.

Something honest. Something people can come back to. Not because it’s perfect—but because it’s real.

Ten years from now, I don’t want a perfect life.
I just want a life that feels like mine.
